SES in India: Scaling Up with Vinod

How do you take a team of 150 people and grow it to nearly 600 - while keeping the culture, the quality, and the momentum intact?

Vinod is VP of Operations and Engineering at SES's Chennai site - one of the fastest-growing locations in the SES global network. He joined through the Intelsat merger, but his connection to the satellite world goes back two decades, to his very first project building a digital video broadcasting terminal for a Norwegian customer.

In this conversation he talks about what it takes to lead a diverse team across multiple time zones, what he looks for when hiring, and his vision for the Chennai centre by 2030.
